And then they change the 26 preferred shares into 260.000.000


50.000.000 + 260.000.000 = 310.000.000

They need 50.000.000 for trading, float rotation.

If they do 100 to 1 the kill the stock!

If they pull off Finra…

They could issue new shares after the R/S at say $5/share, 20 Million shares for $100 Million dollars.
But that is not likely IMO.
More likely, is they build the company and share price value up and use preferred shares backed by NFT assets to reach the valuation target.

Keep in mind, this stock is not SEC reporting, or Audited, on current info. So Nasdaq is not even close to possible yet.
