There wasn't any "Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Enterprise" where Sharp was going to acquire 35% of the the company for $15 Million. Anyone with half of a brain understood that Sharp couldn't raise $15 Million but it sounded good for pumping.

Then Sharp has to post the deal was over - and more Sharp whining and crying because people were being mean to him. And no one appreciates him.

Hey Sharp, why don't you stop whining and do something - don't issue a press release about a NON-BINDING LOI - that is exactly what serial scammers do to real in more rubes.

Don't be scared Homie - ask Sharp why it will take a year to file a Form 10 - that will be 3 years since Sharp withdrew the last Form 10. And ask Sharp why he hasn't filed a 15c for WNFT, SRNW and GVSI. The the cult members are too scared that Sharp will ban them.
