Yes, but one penny over at .41 But that's after using my fnma losses (Dec. 2022) as a result of the horrible scotus ruling to offset gains that year. Happy to finally make back my losses. I'm holding till we all meet in Vegas, if that's still a thing. Haven't been back to this board in a while, so not quite up to speed with any new developments. Anybody wanna clue me in on why my fmcc jumped 400% in recent months? Or is this just another pump where new bag holders get hosed?
