This company has been shorted to oblivion. "The company" has not loaned shares. The company will not call them in. Any change in share structure, merger, reverse split, etc, etc will force all the crooks who have shorted or counterfeited HGEN shares to buy shares back in the marketplace to return borrowed and to replace their phantom shares. It is not complicated. One such scenario: Taran merges into Humanigen in order to go public. All HGEN shares must be immediately accounted for by the transfer agent.
