United Steelworkers Union Endorses Biden for President "Joe Biden is the most pro-union President that I've ever seen."

The United Steelworkers Union endorsed Biden for President in a video released Wednesday. Featuring comments from union members, the video is a powerful reminder that Biden's support among working Americans remains incredibly strong.

"Joe Biden is the most pro-union President that I've ever seen," one USW member says in the video

"Not only did Joe Biden protect the pensions at my plant, he was able to protect the pensions for over 120,000 steelworker members," says another.

"President Biden proved time and again during his first term that he stands with working families," USW International President David McCall said in a statement. "His vision and leadership allowed our nation to strengthen workers’ access to collective bargaining, grow the middle class, and embark on a path to widespread prosperity."

The endorsement of the USW is the most high profile Union win since the United Auto Workers endorsed Biden in January. Vice President of the Teamsters Union John Palmer said in an interview last week that he was "pretty certain" his union would also back the President after a meeting with him and Teamsters leadership.

"Joe Biden was key in saving the pensions, not just for our union, but many other unions," Palmer said. "He has been very, very positive and proactive in reforming the labor board, the Department of Labor, OSHA, all these different agencies that really, really affect the livelihoods and well-being of our members and those folks who aren’t members."

Palmer told CNN's Erin Burnett, "Let's be honest: there's no choice here, there never was a choice," in endorsing Biden over Donald Trump.

"President Biden's policies brought over 800,000 manufacturing jobs back," a USW worker says in the video.

"Joe Biden believes in us, and we believe in him."
