Biden said that he was taking care of legalization and descheduling seems like the tool he has ready to deploy. Corey Booker is hinting at April 15. I'm going out on a limb thinking it will be sooner. A bunch more rumors and then the announcement. I do not expect a comment period. It seems like we have had a comment period already although not officially declared.
