You apparently don’t know very much about bankruptcies. When filed, all litigation stops, all assets are captured and funds clawed back.

Open market shares are free to come and go as before. If shareholder sentiment is the only thing of value, it will tank. If there is more to the story, then it will find a new level.

Good question, fnyack. Plus the sentiment goes back and forth, i.e. on Monday, over 16M sell volume., with only 625,000 buy volume. *See screenshot at the bottom of this post.

As far as I know, they haven’t filed BK yet, but the company warned of that occurring, they retained a law firm based in Denver, Colorado, to begin exploring the possibility of filing BK. They PRd that a bit over 2 weeks ago, nothing since.

People tell me something I don't know, why are folks buying into a company that is walking into the Bankruptcy Court? I've been around, but this is beyond me.
