Its not an e-Signature . Its stamped on . There is nothing in the Signature field that says sign and date . The date is on the fning filing when they got it . The forms are faxed in . If you were to actually read and comprehend. The forms were filled out and sent by the lawyer representing them . His names in the top corner . Duh!
