I have never seen this info before today. I don't believe any of what is described in the 8-20-2001 PR has been mentioned in any of the SEC filings. There was no 8k filed to document this change.

Perhaps it was planned and never came together? It does say Pending Acquisition. Guess it never HAPpend.

Got real excited there for a few minutes after seeing f1fan's email and then the PR you found took all the fizz out of it.

that's where I've seen that info before, thx weebie,
looks like it's old news from 2001, and was then put out as a 'business description' like what you see on pinksheets or yahoo. ET just hasn't updated to the new filings/news, for some reason, imo.
Like I posted on RB, I'd disregard it unless Megas confirms otherwise.
f1fans emailed me and asked me to let everyone know that it's old news, except for the cusip # as far as he can tell~
