"IF" the SeaSearcher scans are accurate *and SFRX certainly believes so) then this is not a .02 stock or ,05 or ,10 for that matter. Just think about how many people have firsthand knowledge of the technology. Certainly management, crew, investors that funded the company that have NDAs, Corp of Engineers employees, Division of Historical Resources personnel etc that believe what they saw. No wonder so many more buyers now.
