S-1 is an SEC form - based on what has been communicated that is the route they are taking. Now where they’re at is anyone’s guess but apparently well in to it.

Yes I'm aware what the S1 is, but since nothing is filed yet I don't take anything for granted just because somebody at some point out there anywhere said they will do the S1 route. Nothing more than hearsay for now.
