IGPK i agree ,,,, to many crooks besides the otc,, i try to dd on sec filings thats why asking where it was written in an 8k,,, they have to list even if 3-4 years ago,,,, it's to easy for some one to manuoilate to make a few $$ ,, a fax document is easy to make,,,, just want to know where it was written and an exicution by date ,,,might clear this up ,,,, again it has to go thru sec filings or can't be done,, thanks
