What stands out the most is the wording on document 'carried out as soon as possible'. Is that even professional/normal so to speak when announcing a rs haha its more like fear mongering in order to get sp to crater and someone(s) with real deep pockets came swooping in. Regardless an event like this today and I'll even go as far as what occurred with gvsi but under different circumstances leads to more people not wanting anything to do with the otc any longer and perhaps rightfully so. And yes I get it the type of tickers that trade down here in this cesspool are here for a reason so it's pretty much buyer beware but money can still be made
