I have been through numerous RS on the OTC. Every time, I was wiped out. It's a standard practice used by CEOs here to reset the whole SS and get rid of current shareholders. Then the dilution starts all over again. If you think you're not getting wiped out, then keep buying shares. LOOL!!

You wouldn't be wiped out, you would just have less shares at a higher price, your shares would hold the same value. It amazes me that people trade and don't understand the basics of the market.

Yes AMC I’ve been around the block a few times and understand 100%. Yes, I would be wiped out.

Maybe a more accurate way to say that is I got in too late and hold a much smaller position than most. Once that’s reduced to 1/1,000th, it would be 2040 before I’d break even.

Not gonna debate this, especially from my phone (too much to type), but YES. I personally would be wiped from this…

10000 to 1 play taps it’s over
1000 to 1 not the end of the world
Who knows they could back off
Or not split at all
