The old CEO, Brett Morely, failed at his job getting this audited. Nils started working on this beginning of 2021. Since he's taken over, the company has thrived enough to get us in a position to uplist.
That Nils guy sounds like one giant turkey baster, IMO. Why does the audit have to be filed with an s-1? You'd think they'd announce when the audit is finalized b/c IMO with these jokers who knows how long an uplist s-1 would even take to get filed.
