GVSI is NOT a "clean shell". It has many problems with FINRA/SEC (not to mentioned the preferred shares being "misdesignated" and Sharp dumping his common shares) with the SEC/FINRA that hasn't been fixed. Sharp dropped the ball trying to fix them and now he's stringing people along.
