Pause in permitting for LNG export projects will likely raise the price of LNG, which, unfortunately, is still the predominant source for hydrogen production, thus raise the cost of hydrogen which hurts PLUG. The rest is good news: "The department is planning to award more than $8 billion for carbon reduction and clean energy projects in Texas and Louisiana" and "a Houston hydrogen hub supported by more than $1 billion in DOE funding."
