i wouldn't blame G if he never names the company in question.
you know a bunch of idiots would be trying to contact them and spreading their name all over social media.

Then he shouldn't have said he would post it. Just more Sharp lies...which was the point I was trying to make.

Why would Sharp be so foolish to issue a press release about a NON-BINDING LOI - that is what the scammers have been doing for many years.

A real company waits until the contract has been signed before issuing a press release.

A press release about a NON-BINDING LOI is worthless to anyone that understands how OTC scams operate. But OTC novice investor believe every word Sharp posts.

"but i wouldn't blame G if he never names the company in question.
you know a bunch of idiots would be trying to contact them and spreading their name all over social media."

Those doing real DD never believe the OTC company hype and the last place they would go is the company operating the scam.

If the fake deal is supposed to be with a real company - then they should have a IR Department - and are used to have investors, writers call to verify anything.

You are just another pumper that is making excuses for Sharp - you never once provided a cogent reason for the latest Sharp disaster. And isn't because investors, posters were being mean to Sharp. He is the most insecure person I have seen on the OTC.

Completely valid points. I don't expect him to name them on Twitter, although some people on Twitter are pretty sure they know who it is (brother sister duo).

Personally, I'm not even sure if there is an actual LLC. It is just as likely that he made it all up as it is there is a thin skinned LLC that was confident about going public until the last minute.

But that's why I thought he would share the email. He could censor the names so they couldn't be identified, but at least show us he didn't make it up.
