If I am not mistaken, work in progress. I think you are going ahead of yourself kid. Relax, the ducks are being aligned first, some systems are updating the name change but others like SEC take longer to do such. Just don’t buy into this until you clearly get to see the fillings at otcmarket.co…. Meanwhile, I will get the cheapies for you. I will take the risk for you instead… So in this way you don’t have to mind if the 10Q or the 8K or the toilet paper is in. I do take fully responsibility for the buys I get in here. You don’t worry about it.

You know what, I am going to something that I have never done with someone else before. You buy in when I give you the signal to do so in 2025. In that way your concerns are checked out

Yes, $IGPK certainly can. There are no gaps in its reporting history. $IGPK is not a delinquent reporter. Accordingly, all they need to do is file the Annual and then apply to FINRA for the name and ticker change. FINRA will process a corporate action such as a name and ticker change as long as the issuer is not delinquent in its reporting requirements.

You are getting confused because you lost your ass in $GV*SI. $GV*SI was a delinquent reporter because there was a gap of 5 years with no reporting. (2008-2013). That is why $GV*SI needs to file two years of audited financials and a Form 10 to become a reporting issuer in good standing with FINRA in order to have its corporate actions processed.

Understand!!! Great!!! Now leave your $GV*SI bag at the door the next time you come to this Board.
