I respect your opinion and understand your desire to have your investment pay off. However, I've seen many "Pink Current" tickers with similar or better share structure that wound up in the unquoted expert market dumpster due to incompetent, unethical, crooked management that operates in bad faith. I've seen the same patterns over and over. Notable examples include:

1) The premature pumping --either directly or via online surrogates-- of grandiose merger/acquisitions that they have no intention of following thru with

2) Announcements of upcoming share reductions, audits, uplisting to big boards like NASDAQ

3) Acting like making required disclosures (Quarterly filings, legal opinions etc) are something to celebrate when it's simply complying with the bare minimum demanded.

4) Dispensing non-public/ inside information to select individuals including loyal supporters they know will pump the daylights out of it on social media. This also includes private statements by management like "we're in discussions with (unnamed entity)... news soon... " etc.

5) Failure to conduct basic DD on merger partners... or doing it, not caring and hoping gullible investors won't find out. Partnering or associating with notorious, sketchy penny scammers is a giant red flag. Same for mergers of 'virtual companies' headquartered in mail drops or run from someone's home/ apartment/ condo.

Hang in there, maybe in 10 years.
