Not sure, settlement is a potential outcome as well. I was just going by the data on the 8-k filing. Now, if GS Capital has to buy back more than 250 million BEGI shares then the price will inevitably spike because shareholders like myself only buy and don't sell at this time. It's soon about to get wayyyyyyy more expensive to buy BEGI shares if Blackstar can win their claim!!!!!!!
