its very convenient of you to pull out numbers that suit your needs, that $9 mil deficit is written as stock based compensation series C, it has been valued by the company to be of approximately $9 mil as part of the acquisition of MFB, also that series C will probably never see the light of day being converted into common shares. Anybody that reads that 10k filing will know whats going on behind the scene, you ain't fooling anyone😘
