That is certainly a possibility. But it would be extremely irresponsible for anyone connected to the company to tell you that.

The former CEO was part of the company. So if they’re investigating the CEO for actions as he took as CEO, they’re investigating the company.

Also, if what you say is true, what CYDY is telling you is in contrast to what their 10k/q has said for 2 years:

“The Company has received subpoenas from the SEC and the United Stated Department of Justice requesting documents and information concerning, among other matters, leronlimab, THE COMPANY’s public statements regarding…THE COMPANY’s retention of investor relations consultants…”

“The company cannot predict the ultimate outcome of the DOJ and SEC investigations OR the case against Mr. Pourhassan.” - They differentiate between the investigations into the company and the case against NP.

Per their official SEC filings, including the most recent 10q (follow link above), the company is under investigation by the SEC and DOJ. Are you saying the company has made misstatements in 2 years of SEC filings?
