I feel as if even if there was no speculation of an incoming acquisition this would still be a good buy fundamentally. With the annual coming out soon with expected revs to be over 1.4 mil that really puts the 1.8 mil market cap severely undervalued as pretty much all companies trade at a multiple of earnings more than 1x.
Incoming acquisition makes this even more interesting.
