Should shareholders not hold him accountable as he has a fiduciary role to his shareholders? If this happened on the big boards, there would be lawsuits galore.
Also, I don’t know, but was there really a company lined up for an investment contingent on the CEO obtaining $15 million in funding? I don’t know as I didn’t do the dd but it looks like the CEO is going to put out the company’s note about why they backed out of the letter of intent.
