I don't think any date will lead to any real merger/deal here.

No serious company will want to merge with a shell that has all of these SEC/FINRA problems and such a bloated share structure.

I think serious SEC/FINRA problems for GVSI began with the SEC administrative proceeding against it where Sharp said he had reached an "agreement" with the SEC.

Tha agreement was most likely that GVSI will no longer be able to get any corporate actions approved. Something I have been saying for years. The shell itself is most likely worthless because of it's continued FINRA rule 6490 violation - something Sharp will never be able to fix.

This whole "reverse merger" (especially with self imposed deadlines) looked and read like a ruse to me.

Now Sharp can try another ruse next year.

These SEC/FINRA problems for GVSI will never be resolved in my opinion. An opinion that has been correct all along as some ex-pumpers have acknowledged.

Stay away from this disaster.
