Dalton told an investor back in 2020 that Bio Remedies was us, he never put anything in the filings prior the announcement (10/28/2021), which really was a big mistake on his part concerning the filings.
We all know he doesn't abide by the rules, just as he files that the address is a usable office, the OTC is looking into now. But they are pretty slack on the rules about it. It should be listed as an associated address not an office address.
