Read the f-ing complaint, plus the Letter Agreement exhibit! The S-1 is based on XTI's self-serving interpretation of a contract it has clearly breached! They have preceded in a merger even though there is serious question as to their ability to transfer control of the TriFan 600 patent. AND THEIR CURRENT SHARE PRICE REFLECTS THAT UNCERTAINTY!
