Obviously the uplisting and the R/S happen only when the financing also takes place. That will finally give CUBT the funds to move forward with their AMD program as well as their other projects. We've all invested in this Company to see the AMD Metformin program get into the clinic and become an alternative for injectables to treat AMD patients. It's been a long tome coming, but it appears we are finally going to move this forward!! GLTA
