i read it, The Court denied The Plant people ( plaintiffs ) the temporary receivership and restraining order they were requesting to limit the financial damages they were claiming to have endured after the merger. So as it stands now Nutranomics is , i guess as it appears still the owner/operator of The Plant. What that means for us as public stockholders is anybody's guess since they do not file financials, have been black balled by the OTC, and have removed their website.
