I'm feeling like the otc stocks in general are diluting their company's stock till its worthless and then closing shop. I believe that if you can short a penny stock then there eventually will be no penny stocks. I know I'm about ready to call it quits. It started out as a Etrade hobby but has now turned into a Robbery.
