A Corporate Action Request for a name and symbol change is by far the easiest Corporate Action and is normally completed in 4 weeks.

But Sharp filed A Corporate Action 7 months ago for the name and symbol change - and it still hasn't been processed.

There are two reasons for FINRA to not process a Corporate Action for a name and symbol change - One, you haven't filed for another Corporate Action - two, if the name is close to that of an exchange traded stock.

Then we have a third problem with FINRA - there are issues with the shell that could harm shareholders.
