15 1,5 is still a low ball, was just expressing the possibility of valuations
Without further information by new FS or a big package brought by a new party...

I feel your pains, the mergers like many posted before that some sort of clause should be in there.

I’m sure Fernanda Fenga not only stepped up and voted no, But I’m sure she also said where they could stick it, before she politically correctly found out she had important family business for consideration,

I agree Demo- we have been conditioned to think that $10.00 - $15.00 is a huge move and great share price, when it's really a pittance (actually $1 - $1.50 pre split) that is bread crumbs and dog shat..... are you kidding me! with all of the missteps and torture this management team has put investors through.... this would be a joke!! a bad joke at that....

And yes, the soupy sales snake oil salemen, i.e. Skiluc and MaxZ... the dynamic pumping duo' who browbeat shareholders over the head non stop convincing them that they were too stupid to understand just how great the SPAC deal was, and now you never hear from them.... they are probably on another MB extolling the virtues of another SPACle debacle..... maybe they get paid for pumping spacle debacles....

Remember sometimes it's Skill..... sometimes it's Luck and sometimes it's just plain 'ol greasy snake oil.....

Yadddddy......

NCT- reset the clock to another 6-9 months cuz we have no money to issue the FS, and stop complaining you impetuous dolts, you have no idea how this shit works........, most mines take 15-18 yrs....( or whatever the latest numbers are)...... blah blah blah......

and the beat goes on and on and on and on........
