If that is the case and you're relying on this BS then where is the NDA and NADA ? Haven't seen a thing and still no news ..... I'll wait and flip again as most will. Soon lower lows I presume ....... when the pump gets going strong again and interest resumes it'll be a good sell for a nice profit if you can stomach the turbulence. Its just my opintion. (people should do their own DD) Until then people should stay away from this thing if they don't want to lose their shirts and hard earned money.

LMAOOOO a LOI, is this what all this about? The predecessor did the same thing !!! An LOI means nothing!!! And this happened on JUNE 2021!!! Really and updates since then? I saw that a while ago and I kept looking for anything else that would lead to a solidified, concrete intel of the merger. This CEO has not posted nothing else and I emailed as Esmeralda months ago, They didn’t respond on such. You can also call them. I got locals too, nothing has been mentioned. You are all speculating and got this PPS hyped over a LOI from June 2024
