Do you have any Idea of the requirements to uplist to NASDAQ?
We are a Triple Zero Pink sheet stock that rarely files unaudited reports on time.
We have lost money every single year since 2006
We survive selling stock, when we run out, they do a RS to get most back

Look up what the NASDAQ requirements are, and let us know how they could ever uplist.
Personally, I think everything is lies.
