The exchange and payaabb have been abandoned. The coin isn't backed by gold. The only thing left is the wallet which takes DAYS for transactions to go through and they have to be entered MANUALLY. As for the equipment and buildings? They could be putting their name on the building as they have done with previous scams or maybe they possibly did buy some equipment to keep the share selling going. We'll see.
