They are finalizing agreements not trials. I don’t see how they can start any kind of production if they don’t have the license to do so in place first. “Arriving this week to oversee the launch of spring trials” doesn’t say to anyone that the trials have been started yet. Looks like spring in Vietnam starts the same time as it does anywhere else in the northern hemisphere. Go figure. Be careful who you believe on this board.
