I agree 300% with your reasoning. Like I said before, they used the results to privately negotiate. Let's hope everything is said and done. And everything was perfectly timed and thought through, so the announcement could be before the DEF 14 filing.

But I still won't get my hopes up for this week... The disappointment would be too high.
