$85m is an arbitrary figure but it doesnt mean it couldnt be paid over time

I believe Elite is derelict in not disclosing the terms of the agreement. Especially considering its with the CEOs private company which is such a conflict of interest

At the very least it should be disclosed in Elites SEC filings this conflict o interest exists
