I believe that if they do not file any financials by the month end then they will be subject to review as they will be 6 months delinquent and missed the annual. If they file one then it extends 3 months, if they file two then another 3 months, and if they file their annual then they will be fully current again. It looks like some people are betting that at least one set will be filed.
