That poll is bullshit and here's why. Take it from a REAL polling expert, Matt Barreto. Larry Sabato says this thread is worth reading but you won't because you're mired in ignorance.

I don't think so. In 2022, there were polls that showed more support for Republicans than for Dems in the suburbs. Remember the anticipated Red Wave?

The narrow spread among women voters makes no sense. Anyway there should be enough women fleeing states for
reproductive health care to piss off enough women voters to make a difference.

At the end, the same suburban voter edge that worked for Dems in '18, '20, '22 and the special elections is intact.

The poll also showed Biden ahead among suburban voters, a key group that will play a significant role in races up and down the ballot.

Among this group, Biden led Trump 47% to 44% among likely voters.
