PS: I have stated repeatedly (PM reply) that I am SHORT this stock having taken a position (& said so in the $50's). Everyone to do as THEIR GOALS, objectives, money, financial risk, timelines, etc., dictate! I am NOT an investment adviser (clearly, obviously) & invest/trade MY OWN money! My thesis HERE is that there's an ~29M O/S & Trump reportedly holds ~80M. I BELIEVE he will have he restrictive holding period (usually ~6mos in this kind of situation) WAIVED & because I believe he NEEDS THE MONEY will dilute IMMEDIATELY thereafter.

There was an SEC PENALTY (~$12M) enforcement here AND two "principles" have SUED!! There are MORE REASONS why I believe this is a great SHORT but EVERYONE should do THEIR OWN DD & draw their OWN conclusions accordingly. GLA
