Well, I agree, just because someone does a RS does not indicate a scam. I will say a company that bleeds money from the company but never reinvest in the company. 2nd, a company that does not make a profit.. A company that does not have an income. All they do is Rinse and repeat are scams.

If KGKG can make a profit and reinvest back into the business, they are not a scam. If KGKG buy their own shares and retire the share, they are not a scam. If they do a RS under specific conditions where their actions will result in a huge profit, they are not a scam. KGKG is not in that position yet.

Sometimes, running at a steady pace is better than a speedster that gives out of breath because the runner did not plan his or her plight to stardom. It's like the story between the rabbit and the heir. A quick growth of the PPS should not be a priority. Building the company should be the first priority. IMO
