There is no mandatory Quiet Period for any JV on Nasdaq or NYSE.
The companies involved can self-impose a quiet period for each company's protection from non-public information. I'd definitely agree a JV or a Consortium would clearly be an asset for any uplisting. Valsoft has its own Venture Capital firm but important to note here. They are also BUILDERS of custom software.
I like your patience though, there has only been an announcement for the 10-Q. It's easy to assume that an uplisting is imminent. I simply don't know but I would say a JV is a good instrument for the company to deal in depth with a foreign country. I can agree that a JV is probable with the Canadian dental program obviously can't confirm or deny, but I can't see why not either.
May 1st 2024, 9 million seniors and children will be indoctrinated into the free dental program. There are about 25 million other Canadians who will want to adopt the free dental program. It isn't free to everyone it's aimed at low income citizens. That undoubtedly means more Cavities, poorer dental hygiene because they simply can't afford it.
Also just announced Canada has now secured a Pharmacare program for the entire country. This was touted as impossible by the opposition but it has been recently passed into law in the House of Commons. This is by no means inconsequential! The fact that Sonendo Gentle Wave is preventative medicine and fully certified for business in Canada will register loud and clear with the health minister now trying to make sense of all costs involved.
That's the beauty of Gentle Wave. It makes PREVENTITIVE Dentistry much more feasible financially for all parties be they dentists, patients, insurance companies or governments. In my view Scotty a JV is highly probable. I wouldn't expect it right away code building is intricate. Certainly seeing the groundwork laid would not be a surprise in the 10-Q. There are huge health benefits at stake, Canada cannot overlook the enormous cost savings IMO.
