Sharp has performed exceptionally well in taking defunct shells and getting them reporting and actively trading. My $$$ is on Sharp. He delivers!

Correct. For 3 years he touted ‘Reverse Merger’, what he worked out, but still hasn’t delivered, is a terrible deal for shareholders.

Remember it’s a non-binding LOI, and my opinion is the ‘non’ part will happen soon, or at least a delay.

Even with HMBL, yes epic run. But in the end it’s been a total disaster for shareholders. Not entirely George’s fault but still he lit the fuse.

His other stocks, FORW, SNRW, WNFT complete train wrecks.

GVSI was his chance as redemption - it would’ve been fine if he had a real RM even with a 30 - 40m value. But this deal? Awful.
