I do not defend anyone. I always made decisions based on information that is available to the public though company communication (Social media and OTC website).
Now that I look back over what has transpired, it is very disappointing to end up in this situation. and I feel the same about any stock that ends up being a disappointment. Not just $ASTA.
However, I am still hopeful that something changes to the better and benefits all shareholders. If Mick already gave 12.5% of the company to the plaintiff, why file for bankruptcy protection. This does not make any sense at all. All these games are getting old and are emotionally tiring and draining.
