Don't you need to have access to inside information in order to label people as ... " knowingly, deliberately, and maliciously spread false info"?

People spread info that they see on social media, or through actions taken by management. Everyone gets excited when they see updates taking place on OTC website, or through corporate twitter accounts. The entire OTC mechanism runs on that. Or else, why don't they just shut the entire OTC market down.

From my personal experience, tweets or messages do not move stocks either way. or I wouldn't have been carrying heavy bags or selling stocks for losses. Or I would have been a retired trader flipping stocks just by posting daily.

however, bad actors as CEO calls them, always look for excuses to blame others for their monetary losses.
