the obligation the Treasury TODAY says F and F have on LP/SP if converted to common stock buries us

the key to higher price --- and allowing GSEs to do more for Americans is --- write that down to zero for 300B paid and watch the net capital skyrocket and allow all types of help from GSEs to any politician
