Annual Financials are fugly, but typical for SHELL.

If the bills and salaries are paid annually in spite of no revenue, could this limbo go on for years to come ?

Nothing is "paid" - there's no incoming funds, or funding, that's been disclosed.

$600K charged for "salaries and professional fees" for each of last couple years.

Everything "paid" is paid-in-shares, cuz there's no operational business or income or cash-flow.

Those shares will be dumped into the O/S when able (when current).

Yes, revenue in shares. Could go on for many years as I've seen it happen time over time.
