And how would you know if the Douchebag CEO was selling shares? The answer is that you wouldn't because he isn't filing the proper SEC forms (as he legally should be doing).

That is a lie. Even though it is illegal, it happens all of the time.

For example, the Douchebag CEO never filed the proper SEC forms while he sold over 100 MILLION shares for about a decade (between 2010 and 2020).
